A history of our communities

 

 

Welcome to the Lingwood and Burlingham Parish website

 

The parish lies approximately half way between Norwich and Yarmouth on the A47, still a single carriageway after all these years. The Parish consist of four communities the largest being Lingwood.  

 

This site has been created by the Lingwood and Burlingham Parish Council to serve the communities of North Burlingham, South Burlingham, Burlingham Green and Lingwood.

 

With the exception of the Parish Council Pages this Website is largely empty, the Council hopes that the site will grow into a community resource and members of all four communities are welcome (Perhaps I should say requested) to submit material for inclusion on this site.
